WHY Meditate?

Here’s why you should meditate…

Since you were born, you have been influenced by everything you see around you. Your family, friends, peers, work groups, TV, movies, social media, teachers, etc have all lead to you being social conditioned and ticking off boxes all your life.

Most of us wander through life aimlessly trying to reach milestones, burdened with responsibility and chasing money and ‘stuff’ to make us happy.

Let me tell you, It’s an endless bucket which will never ever be filled and NOT the answer to happiness. In fact, I would go as far as saying that it has lead to skyrocketing rates of stress, depression and suicide.

Most guys don’t invest time sitting in silence and connecting within.

Meditation is an investment in yourself. Through meditation, you will become the BEST version of yourself.

Structure of the 4 week course

The structure of the course is based around 5 weekly face to face sessions for education and experience. These sessions will be one night per week from 7pm – 9.30pm mid week.

There will be support, motivation and ongoing communication throughout the week via text messages and an online support group. There are also multiple opportunities to practice meditation with the other guys during the week.

All educational material will be provided to you each week.

The basic Agenda for each class is:

  • Discussion about meditation, techniques and practice
  • LIFE topics (see area on content), open forum, challenges
  • Open questions (about experiences each week)
  • Group meditation to finish

What is the content of the course?

Whilst the MAIN aim of this course is to provide participants with the skills and tools of meditation, we also cover the following topics:

  • Creating synchronicity and intuitive thinking
  • Controlling your thinking and your EGO
  • Being in the NOW and being mindful
  • Gratitude and giving back – random acts of kindness
  • GUILT and how to deal with it
  • How to incorporate meditation into your daily LIFE
  • Addictions and escape tactics
  • How to face challenges
  • Setting up a daily routine to find happiness again
  • Creative Visualisation and affirmations

Your Commitment

Ok so here’s the deal. I want you to get the most out of this course. I don’t want you to waste your time or your money doing something that you are not going to see a benefit from.

The only way I know how to give you the true experience of the benefits of meditation and to make it a regular habit into your life, is to get you to commit to the practice each day.

So, every guy attending the course is expected to commit to 2 x 20 minute sessions per day for the full 4 weeks.
