The saying ‘what you put in is what you get out’ is a very accurate statement for men wanting to do this course.
The basis of this course is your commitment to the practice. The practice is not difficult in itself, what is challenging for many – is the dedication to 2 sessions per day.
I can only say this – In order to get the BEST results (life changing results) – 2 meditation sessions per day is required. If you want REAL change – then be prepared to put the time and effort in.
I have seen people’s lives change 180 degrees in 4 weeks, but they wanted change, and dedicated themselves to the practice.

This Meditation course cannot replace professional help through counselling and working with professionals for certain medical conditions.
I cannot advise people on their own personal situations/issues and will direct people accordingly to local allied professionals, specialists and organisations that can assist with medical or mental health issues.
