About this course

This course is more than just learning how to meditate, it can be a total ‘life overhaul’ for those truly desiring that.

Together, we will cover so much more than just learning how to meditate at the course. It is a complete ‘inner look’ at your life and an opportunity to re-work it.

Many courses tell you how to become successful and happy, but they don’t focus on the core element – YOUR TRUE SELF and how to create a close connection to that. Inner happiness can only come from finding silence and peace within and allowing your TRUE Self to come forward naturally.

Don’t worry, there won’t be any boring GOAL setting in the course. Goal setting is awesome (and I am a BELIEVER) – but it makes no difference whatsoever if you don’t know who you are and what you truly want in life.

I will be discussing the tough and challenging stereo type roles we have as men, and how we can handle these better on a day to day basis.

Why 4 weeks?

Well there are 3 main reasons for the length of this course:

  1. The time allotted will allow enough time for content delivery, practical experience, discussion and questions.
  2. If you practice meditation every single day for 30 days – the practice becomes a habit, and something that you are giving every opportunity to continue to be a regular part of your life.
  3. I have seen some LIFE changing transformations in 4 weeks.

Your commitment

The saying ‘what you put in is what you get out’ is a very accurate statement for men wanting to do this course.

The basis of this course is your commitment to the practice. The practice is not difficult in itself, what is challenging for many – is the dedication to 2 sessions per day.

I can only say this – In order to get the BEST results (life changing results) – 2 meditation sessions per day is required. If you want REAL change – then be prepared to put the time and effort in.

I have seen people’s lives change 180 degrees in 4 weeks, but they wanted change, and dedicated themselves to the practice.

The COURSE Structure:

The Course is 2 sessions per week – over 4 weeks (The exact times and days will be promoted on social media pages).

Session 1 will be 2.5 hours (dependant upon questions). Session 2 is a more casual ‘drop in class’ of about 60 minutes. There will be time at the end of the meditation for more questions – but we will stick to time so people can leave if they wish.

Session 1 will be split up into the following sections:

  1. Discussion about meditation, techniques and practice
  2. Men ‘life overhaul’ topics, open forum, challenges and questions
  3. Open questions (about experiences each week)
  4. Group meditation to finish

Session 2 will be split up into the following sections:

  1. Discussion about meditation
  2. Group meditation to finish

Other topics that will be discussed include:

  1. Creating synchronicity and intuitive thinking
  2. Controlling your thinking and your EGO
  3. Being in the NOW and being mindful
  4. Gratitude and giving back – random acts of kindness
  5. GUILT and how to deal with it
  6. The EGO and The never ending wants and needs
  7. Putting meditation into your daily LIFE
  8. Addictions and escape tactics
  9. How to face challenges
  10. Setting up a daily routine to find happiness again
